A box of 40 little botanical candles from Japan. The wick is made by winding grass around hollow cord of washi paper and the wax is from the fruit of the Japanese wax tree and lacquer tree, rapeseed, rice bran and palm trees
each candle is approx. 10 cm and the base is approx. 9 mm diameter.
We find they fit very nicely in little pebbles with holes, though be sure to make sure they fit well, as the candle burns with a larger than usual flame.
